KORDCARBON: carbon and hybrid fabric by a traditional Czech producer
KORDCARBON carbon and hybrid fabric is characterized by first-class and persistent quality supported by the brand of a traditional
Czech producer, many years of experience and highly skilled staff. Our customers have an opportunity to take advantage of the unique properties of the fabrics at a very favourable price, and in addition with a guaranteed individual approach and reliability.
Fast availability, excellent production and servicing facilities and an advantageous price thanks to local manufacture in great series and good relationships with suppliers place KORDCARBON at the top in an industry enjoying growing popularity.
How is KORDCARBON fabric made?
Before launching the production of the KORDCARBON fabric it was necessary to build new facilities conforming to the strictest requirements for the processing, storage and quality control of carbon fibres, since top quality products with identical properties can only be made by production in an environment tailored to the individual production steps.
KORDCARBON carbon and hybrid fabric is made from the best-quality fibres from renowned suppliers – specifically carbon fibres by TORAY, AKSACA and aramid fibres by Twaron.
The essential characteristic in the production of KORDCARBON fabric is a balanced composition, i.e. the same number of fibres in the weft and the warp and an optimum weaving speed ensuring a strong and high-quality weave with no changes in the material’s properties. Compliance with the precise procedure is taken care of by weavers specially trained in working with carbon fibres and with many years of experience in the field.
The production and storage of carbon fabric requires an optimum constant temperature of 22°C, air humidity of 60% and continual air filtration. Quality control of the final products takes place in a laboratory with state-of-the-art instrumentation under the supervision of experienced experts.
